Warcraft 3 color picker and tooltip creator

The W3Colorpicker is a program, which supports working with WarCraft3 maps or graphic programs by offering excellent possibilities to pick colors and also by saving them.
To change the language, just click 'Set language to: English' right of the program title.

Features:
